This is just a general comment on why in most tellings of Beauty and the
Beast he turns back into a man. The way I've always looked at it, it was
kind of a reward to Beauty for loving him. Even though she wasn't supposed
to care what he looked like, she gets a nice looking guy for being such a
nice person. She was prepared to live her live with a guy who looked like
a monster and had a good heart, and she ended up with a guy with a good
heart and good looks. Just a thought.
