AltInst: Prediction registry for Y2K

There is a prediction registry for the year 2000 (Y2K) problem at
http://www.ironic.com/y2k/
Predictions are accepted anonymously or pseudonymously but still there
may be some value in seeing what people are willing to go on record as
predicting.
