Not sure if someone has mentioned this already. Jan Siegel's Prospero's
Children is set in Atlantis for half of the book. I really like this book
and the sequel, Dragon Charmer. (It's supposed to be a trilogy, I think.)
Lovely writing and great characters, although the books have been
criticized by some as being too slow.

I also have a vague memory of Marion Zimmer Bradley having written a book
set in Atlantis.
