Here's a test of all this theorizing. I know where there's a 100 mile
surfing beach, excellent weather, gorgeous foliage... and beach front
property is a few dollars an acre. Anyone care to join me in a speculative
consortium to buy some of this nifty property, against the 'inevitable' day
when it becomes valuable?

Oh, yeah... it's in Angola. A few land mines and Kalashnikovs in the way
of setting up a resort. But that shouldn't matter, right Robin?
