Just got my copy from Powell's! Expensive, but hard back books are worth it
since they stay in such good shape for much longer. And it is fun having a
first edition book! If you order more than $50 worth from powells.com,
shipping is free. So, I just keep a running list until it gets that high.
Fortunately I didn't have far to go so I could get this book fast...
