        That is one perspective, rather (IMO) naive. I would take the position
that most action that Congress takes vis-a-vis the marketplace/business is
paid for by big business, therefore, the little guy is usually the only one
who gets the screws, so this type of insurance would make sense, execpt that
the Insurance Types are big companies...
