i took a course in sign language somewhere around third grade, and i also have
a few books on it. it's not really that hard. the syntax is easy (for me, at
least) and most of the signs are common sense. the pbs station where i live
sometimes runs a show during the summer teaching simple sign language. and
that's about all i remember!
