Well, sort of. Hypothetically, given enough computing power you could

solve Go, just like tic-tac-toe. Of course, that doesn't mean that even
cooperating Jupiter brains would have enough computing power.
As I understand it, the working hypothesis in math is that it is possible to
cook up problems exceeding any particular available computer power. So
presumably there are games where even immortal Jupiter brains could polish
their strategy indefinitely.
