I will of course point out, yet again, that the space of possible
programs and their answers maps to the integers, a set that the reals
cannot be mapped into. I'm sure I can simulate a world, or a large
number of worlds pretty well. I might even be able to simulate an
infinite number of worlds. Can I, however, simulate *ALL* possible
worlds? *ALL* might correspond to a much higher transfinite than aleph naught.
Even ignoring this, the whole flavor of the argument feels rather,
shall we say, icky to me. I feel as though a large conclusion has been
built on a number of extended hypotheticals in a world where we do not
yet even know for sure what all the laws of physics are.
