McKinley: was it just me or...?

I read Robin's latest letter with great interest. Was it just me or did
the post have a slight... edge to it? I thought it was a very interesting
e-mail - detailed and thought-provoking but almost slightly defensive.
'tis most odd. I guess it would be very disconcerting to have people
analysing things that you'd never really intended to have so much focus on.
