Discussion: web site update

I've sucked up the web site, into http://www.cco.caltech.edu/~phoenix/damar/. I've only copied the data files over; I can't think of how to get the Perl scripts for posting, so I'll have to rev. engineer those, or freeze the archive and come up with something else. But if the rochester sysadmins delete her account the data has been saved.
