There are a few sites which specialize in selling textbooks; I think
the major ones are textbooks.com and bigwords.com. If either of those
would offer a ranking of how well the books have sold, the way amazon.com
does, and hopefully a way of listing the books within a subject by
sales position, that would go a long way towards what we are looking for.
It might be worth writing a letter to these relatively new sites and
encouraging them to provide such capabilities.
