Actually, sounds like a reasonable investment to me. One question I'd
have is how likely it would be that it will be near good transportation.
Similar properties, one just out of Luanda, the other way out in the sticks,
would have very different appreciation potentials. Naturally there are
other issues as well (squatters, nationalization, tropical diseases), but
nothing's a real killer.
