Some people may be thinking "oh no! It's the universal libertarianism
thread, available on any newsgroup or list near you! This is why the
extropians banned discussing 'basics'!" I think, though, that we're
actually slugging some evidence around. If we can keep the discussion
in historical evidence or advanced economic models then it may be
productive, or at least informative.
Also slow. I doubt I can reply well to Perry's last post without
at least a bit of research. I certainly won't try tonight!
