Scandal!
I'd say there are some versions the reviewer
hasn't read. I'd also say that he probably did
not watch the movie (or else did not watch it
recently) and only skimmed the book. The only
similarities I saw were the general "Beauty and
the Beast" similarities that tend to show up in
all the retellings--because they are the spine
of the story.
Can't believe that review!
