I wrote a message in refernce to that same question under hero and the crown. I neglected to mention the third as it slipped my memory. I have no clue about any of them as I have not yet had the od fortune to read deerskin, only on the one about Harry can I agree, although your conclusion on the third book was also one that occured to me.
