To all those who think this story has a disapointing ending.
Did it ever occur to you that maybe the coming of age changed her instead of the enchantment? In my eyes she was always beautiful. Maybe the enchantments brought the inside beauty out.?And another thing, check at the begining of the book where it describes her mother and then read her descreption at the end. She looks just like her mom. So stop being so picky about it, it's in remberance of her mother.
