jeanette winterson
robin was/is definitely one of those writers whose books changed my life - and now i found another such author - jeanette winterson. i just finished her novel _the passion_, which has a faerie-tale quality in common with some of robin's books,although winterson's style is much darker than robin's. has anyone else read anything by winterson? - i can't wait to read all her books! - her most famous, i think, is called _oranges are not the only fruit_ - it was made into a movie, too, though i haven't seen it.
